Black Masterbatch
We produce different types of Carbon Black based Masterbatch with various loading and polyolefin polymer as per application requirement along with excellent dispersion.
We use only Branded & suitable grades of carbon black for the processing of masterbatch. Carbon blacks are composed of spherical partials ranging in diameter from 10 to 90 nm. and in surface area from 25 to 150 m2/gm. Greater surface area increases both jetness and UV resistance because more surface is optically available for absorption of visible & UV light.
We offer a variety of grades of black masterbatches for various applications. (Loading of carbon black is about 25 to 55 %).
Properties

- Key additive in many types of plastic resins, carbon black can impart a variety of desirable characteristics, including color, protection from UV radiation, and conductivity.
- High temp degradation.
- A central ingredient to impart clean, jetness, and fine-tuning the shades of color for the right eye appeal.

- Films: HM-HDPE thin gauge films, multi & monolayer films, TQPP, BOPP films, higher thickness films.
- Woven sacks, HDPE/PP raffia tapes, LDPE/LLDPE/PP lamination.
- Sheets: PP/HIPS sheets.
- Mouldings: Roto, blow, injection mouldings and thermoforming.
- Water Tanks & pipes.
