Antioxidant
This M.B. is PE/PP filled with a combination of primary & secondary antioxidants.
Properties
- Prevents degradation and oxidation of polymer during the process.
- Used as process stabilizer and heat resistant.
Application
- Used in all types of polymer processing.
Antiblock Agent
This M.B. is PE/EVA filled with a combination of precipitated silica additives.
Properties
- Reduces the blocking tendency of two film surfaces in contact with each other.
Application
- LDPE, LLDPE, EVA FILMS.
Antistatic Agent
This M.B. is PE filled with a combination of highly purified antistatic stearate-type additives.
Properties
- Prevents static charge of plastic.
- Stabilizes polyethylene foaming.
Application
- PE films & foams and moulded articles.
Antislip Agent
This M.B. is PE filled with a combination of highly purified erucamide slip additives.
Properties
- Reduces coefficient of friction of LDPE/LLDPE films.
Application
- LDPE, LLDPE FILMS.
Brightening Agent
This M.B. is PE filled with a combination of highly concentrated brightener additives.
Properties
- Absorbs light from the lower frequency range of the normal visible spectrum.
- Improves glossiness.
Application
- Films: HM-HDPE thin gauge films, multi & monolayer films, BOPP films, higher thickness films. Woven sacks: HDPE/PP raffia tapes, LDPE/LLDPE/PP Lamination.
- Mouldings: Roto, Blow, Injection.
